Job Description
The Diversity Recruiting Process Specialist is the subject matter expert (SME) who manages global diversity recruiting processes and strategies including diversity hiring events to support the Global Staffing Service Delivery teams. Responsibilities:
âEUR¢Support efforts to develop and implement recruiting plans that are aligned to areas of underutilization and recruit diverse talent for targeted jobs/functions/business units
âEUR¢Identify and attend local and national diversity recruiting events
âEUR¢Partner with Global Staffing Service Delivery teams to identify and provide access to diverse pools of qualified talent
âEUR¢Identify appropriate pipelines of diverse qualified talent for current and future needs
âEUR¢Conduct analysis and develop recommendations regarding diversity staffing plans
âEUR¢Maximize partnerships with national diverse professional and community based organizations
âEUR¢Assess effectiveness of participation in events to determine level of future engagement
âEUR¢Provide Global Diversity & Employee Rights (GD&ER) team with open underutilized requisition reports for audit requirements to show sourcing and recruiting efforts at the mid-career level targeted diversity recruiting events
âEUR¢Maximize efforts and resources allocated to national diversity recruiting Accelerated Hiring events
â-- Leverage the national diversity recruiting events to support all diversity recruiting and sourcing efforts
â-- Send weekly email to managers with open underutilized requisitions that are reviewed and screened for skills appropriate for upcoming events
âEUR¢Utilize metrics and analysis to drive the Diversity Recruiting Strategy
â-- Share data and analysis with HR, Business Unit/Skill Team Leaders, and GD&ER
â-- Facilitate needed actions identified from analysis of diversity in the pools
â-- Adjust diversity strategy recruiting efforts as necessary based on analysis of data
âEUR¢Identify appropriate diversity recruiting events to attend
âEUR¢Target demographics expected to attend based on one or more areas of underutilization listed on the report
Qualifications
Bachelors degree is preferred.
